You Are Known and Loved

It is so hard to comprehend that God knows everything about you and loves you deeply. Let’s be honest no one else knows the thoughts and intents of our hearts. We have the ability to allow people to see the sides of us that are the best. Yet God, can see the ugly in us and still fully loves us like no other. WOW!!! You are deeply known and fully loved!

Grief is my teacher

Grief-I hated you! I believed it was you ruining my life, keeping me trapped. When I decided to allow you to move through me, I began to understand your importance. Grief is the price we pay for love. If we love, we will grieve. As time passed, I respected you, and understood you were there to help me navigate my pain. Looking back, I can see you were the great teacher of my life. It was through grief, I seen my true heart. I appreciate time, love and those around me so much more because of you. I am more patient with myself because of our time together. When it was all said and done, I am grateful for you and the person I am because of you.

Be Free

Freedom, Sweet freedom. Beloved Jesus died on the cross for us to have a way to enter heaven. However, It doesn’t stop there. He died so that we can live the abundant life in the land of the leaving. We can walk in truth and love on earth. Many are hindered by pain whether its from their sins or tragic events. Pain can leave us wounded and stuck. When we release our wounds to Jesus his wounds heal us. By his strips we are healed.

Why not me?

When something bad happens it is normal to think, why me? Even when God wants to do something amazing in your life you might think, why me? Truth is, it rains on the just and the unjust. God uses the foolish to stumble the wise. God’s ways are not mans ways for us to understand. God has a plan for our lives. If its been filtered through the Father’s hands he will supply what we need. He will never leave us or forsake us. We are never alone. Ask instead, why not me? Life happens!

View From the Top

Life is a journey. It is important that we capture the beauty in the moments or the joy in the journey. The mountains, that challenge us are just that an obstacle. We can overcome because of Jesus! Brave girls scale those mountains-the view from the top is worth it!!! #bravegirl #RestorationRetreat2019

Be Patient With Grief

Grief is a healthy natural response to a loss. Grief takes as long as it takes, There is no set timeframe for your heart to heal. In truth, some deaths we grieve a lifetime. We can heal little by little and do not have to stay stuck. Take the time to process your pain. Give yourself the freedom to feel whatever you feel. Be kind to yourself. #griefsupport #griefshare #griefandloss

He Restores!

We do not need to fear the pain, for He restores. This life we are living is challenging but temporary. We are promised an eternal blessing. Yet, I think it is more than waiting until heaven is ours. Jesus died to free you today. He has promised abundance in the land of the living. The pain we have can feel overwhelming, but it has been filtered through the Father’s hands. He will supply what we need to face it. He will carry us when we can’t and He will restore all the locast have eaten. Hallelujah!!!

Comfort Yourself First

Comfort yourself like you comfort others. Why can we support others in their pain and not ourselves? I can be a champion at comforting a friend. I will reassure them and remind them they are human. It is easy for me to see they are vulnerable and don’t always chose what is best. Yet, when I am alone with my thoughts, I am hard and harsh. We need to be a friend to ourselves first. Love, Love
